RETURN POLICY

All requests for return of products must be authorized by our Customer Care department prior to returning goods. Please contact us at 1-800-270-6990 or email us at info@militarymedical.us.com to initiate the return process. Once the return has been approved by our Customer Care team, please read below for instructions on preparing to return an item.

Please contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty related issues. You may call us in the event that you need a manufacturer’s number or for support.

If your return is authorized, patient is responsible to ship the item back within 15 days.

REPORTING A SHORT SHIPMENT

Please inspect all items carefully. In order for a credit to be issued, shortages must be reported within three (3) days of receipt.

Carefully repack all items in the original manufacturer’s packaging. **Items not received in new re-salable condition cannot be credited.

CPAP RETURN POLICY​

​

Military Medical Supplies provides a wide range of sleep apnea products and supplies. 

To better engage with our customers and help to avoid having to return an item, we offer many options to help you choose the right sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. We encourage you to reach out to one of our representatives if you have any questions or need basic knowledge on a product to a make decision and avoid returns. Before purchasing, if you have any questions about the products in your cart, we recommend that you contact us via email at info@militarymedical.us.com or toll-free at 800-270-6990 before the order ships.

All CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer.

We DO NOT sell used or refurbished equipment.

In the case of machines (CPAP,APAP and BIPAP) the manufacturer makes the decision about repair or replacement if the item is under warranty. If the machine is no longer under warranty, and is not functioning properly, we may be able to send it to the manufacturer for you for repair. The manufacturer will charge a Diagnostic Fee, which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost. We recommend you call us to discuss this option before sending the machine back to us.

 

CPAP/BiPAP Machines, Nebulizer Machines, Batteries, Cables, Headgear, Tubing, Chin straps,  Mask Liners, CPAP cases/travel bags, CPAP pillows, mask parts, and all cleaning supplies are not returnable once they have been opened or used.

Mask Return Policy:

Didn't Like Something? Return Any Mask Within 30 Days!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your CPAP Mask purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the product's purchase price less the original shipping costs. The 30-Day Mask Guarantee allows the purchaser to return the CPAP Mask within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The 30-Day Mask Guarantee is only available within the contiguous US. Military Medical Supplies reserves the right to refuse to extend the 30-Day Mask Guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it. Please contact us by phone at 800.270.6990, or by sending us an email before returning an item so a return authorization can be issued.

 

Defective Product?

If the product is defective within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number). We will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. Shipping cost associated to return merchandise to Military Medical Supplies is not covered in any warranty situation.
